据阿联酋通讯社报道，该国卫生和预防部今天宣布对国药集团中国生物北京生物制品研究所研发的新冠病毒灭活疫苗在该国进行注册。这一决定是应此前中国国药集团下属的中国生物制药有限公司（以下简称“国药中生”）提出的申请而做出的回应。

据阿联酋通讯社报道，该国卫生和预防部今天宣布对国药集团中国生物北京生物制品研究所研发的新冠病毒灭活疫苗在该国进行注册。这一决定是应此前中国国药集团下属的中国生物制药有限公司（以下简称“国药中生”）提出的申请而做出的回应。

阿联酋通讯社称，阿联酋卫生和预防部与阿布扎比卫生部还已经对国药中生提交的三期临床试验数据进行了复核。这一对持有125个不同国籍的约3.1万名志愿者进行的临床实验显示，这款中国生产的新冠病毒灭活疫苗对抗病毒感染的有效性为86%，中和抗体转阳率为99%，能100%预防中度和重度的新冠肺炎病例。而且相关研究没有发现疫苗存在严重的安全隐患。

阿联酋通讯社还透露，这款疫苗其实在今年9月就已经在该国获得了紧急使用授权，以保护在疫情一线奋战的医护人员。阿联酋官方对这一紧急使用授权进行的后续评估调查结果，与国药中生方面提供的临床试验数据相似，显示疫苗是有效和安全的。
