1.Must have NEBOSH IGC qualification certificate. 
2.Bring your own computer, proficient in Word,Excel,PPT and other office software. 
3.Be able to make the accurate judgment to the each kind of hidden danger on the spot and take the corresponding measures. 
4.Familiar with all kinds of safety management standards. 
5.Possess at least 3 years experience in electrical or civil engineering safety construction.
